Privacy at Islamic Habits

Islamic Habits is designed to help people build Islamic practice habits with respect for user privacy.

Information You Provide

The site can store simple habit progress and unfinished cart details in your browser using local storage. When you submit a Circle3 pilot application, we collect the name, email, country, age group, requested role, circle purpose, language, timezone, safety preferences, consent time, and a salted technical identifier used to reduce spam.

Circle3 Applications

Circle3 application information is used to review eligibility, safety needs, language, timezone, and possible matching. The public application does not request selfies, identity documents, passwords, financial information, or private chat history. People under 18 should participate only through a guardian-assisted process.

Storage and Service Providers

Application data may be processed through Vercel for website functions, Supabase for secure database services, Cloudflare for network security and delivery, and Resend for application notifications. These providers process information under their own terms and security practices.

Retention and Your Choices

Circle3 applications should be retained only while they are needed for pilot review, safety records, matching, or legal obligations. You may request access, correction, withdrawal, or deletion by contacting 1001.yx01@gmail.com and providing your application reference and email address.

Location and Qibla

When you choose “Use my location first,” your browser may ask for location permission. Location is used in the browser to request prayer times and calculate Qibla direction. Islamic Habits does not run its own user-location database in this version.

Third-Party Services

The site may request prayer time data from AlAdhan and may link to public knowledge resources such as libraries, museums, and archives. These services have their own privacy practices.

Payments

Paid digital products may use Stripe or another secure checkout provider. Islamic Habits does not store card numbers on this static website. Payment receipts, tax settings, and checkout data are handled by the payment provider.

Advertising

If Google AdSense or Google Ads are enabled later, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Ad settings, consent messages, and personalized or non-personalized ads should be configured inside the Google account before activation.

Contact

For privacy questions or Circle3 data requests, use the contact page or email 1001.yx01@gmail.com. Do not email identity documents unless the Islamic Habits team has established and explained a secure verification process.
