Refunds, cancellations, and failed downloads
Islamic Habits currently offers free launch materials and may later sell digital PDFs, translated manuals, physical products, and guided programs. This page explains how support will handle payment or delivery issues.
Free launch downloads
Free launch PDFs are provided without payment. If a free download does not open, contact support and we will help send the file or correct the link.
Digital products
Paid PDF manuals and downloadable products are normally delivered after successful checkout. Because digital files can be accessed immediately, refunds are reviewed case by case. Duplicate payments, failed downloads, wrong file delivery, or technical errors should be reported within 7 days.
Physical products
Physical products are not fully active yet. Before live sales begin, Islamic Habits should publish product-specific shipping, cancellation, replacement, and return rules based on supplier and delivery arrangements.
How to request help
Email 1001.yx01@gmail.com with your name, email used for purchase, country, contact number, product name, payment reference if available, and a short description of the issue.
Manual review
Refunds or replacements may depend on payment-provider records, delivery status, download access, and whether the issue was caused by duplicate payment, technical failure, or user error.
